Interior door panels

Hi Everyone, I am new to this forum and I am hoping to find some answers. I have a 1971 Catalina Convertible 2 door. My great Uncle left his baby to me to look after. I need to have the interior door panels replaced and I am having a hard time finding any. Is there other years or other cars that would be compatible? Thank you.... This is what the interior doors look like.
