Theft system

I have a 2004 Pontiac grand prix gtp supercharged. It's our baby. Now the theft system disabled the starting of the car and on the stereo it says locked. I tried the holding down the am fm button and repeatedly tapped the 2 and 3 button on the stereo to get the code so I can unlock the stereo and it did not work anyone else know how I can get the stereo unlocked

A GM dealer would have to unlock the stereo

I just read Search for "moonson code" or look at the top of the stereo on the sticker. Also when you call you will need the vin number. Will keep you up to date on how this goes

You also will need proof you are a GM dealer otherwise anybody could call with a stolen radio and activate it.
