Jonathan,

I apologize for the issue you are having with your vehicle. Of the three times you have had your vehicle in for service, were any or all of those repairs made at a GM certified dealership? Look forward to hearing from you.

If you work with a GM dealer why don't you just provide some help instead of apologizing. I am having the problem and the GM dealership that I purchased the car from said they couldn't find anything wrong...bet their story will change when the warranty runs out.

I didn't say I was having a problem with the dealer, I said I was having the same problem as mentioned above but the dealership couldn't find anything wrong. The car has been in twice for semi-annual inspections and its been brought to their attention both times but they still can't find anything wrong. Of course I'm talking about a dealership that couldn't find a leak in a tire that kept going flat every week. I won't mention the dealerships name here but I will send Caron a private message.

Thanks

Rattling breaks

Let me try to explain this. The 3rd GM dealer ship I took this problem to found the following problem.

There is some kind of clip behide the break pad. they can replace it all they want to BUT the new part is junk (Sorry GM people I love my GM products but someone screwed the pooch on this one) they make an updated part that will FIX the problem but they look for the right part. Mollie Chev in Blue Springs MO figured it out on my car. If you are interested I will go dig out my paper work and get the part number and description.
