I just bought a 2003 Sunfire that came with a basic radio with no cd. I bought an aftermarket cd player (pioneer) I have the wiring harness and wired color to color but I'm not getting any lights working. I get a loading noise from the cd player but no lights. ???? I have no clue.

Also my two center a/c vents don't blow. The two outer vents work great but these two don't have anything coming out. And there is a loud noise coming from under the dash when I turn the a/c up on high. Its like a vibrating noise coming from the blower motor. I am wondering if I change the blower motor will that fix both problems?

Last the windows will not roll down at all. I mash switches and nothing happens on either side. No noise, no movement. Could it be both motors at once?? Or is it the switches because they are cover in what looks to be dried soda.

Thanks folks!

for the cd player, if you hear noise for a cd loading, that means its getting its constant power. and therefore your problem lies with the accessory lead which is the red wire. or maybe the fuse is bad.

if the 2 center vents dont work, there is something wrong with the way the vents are actuating behind the dash. replacing the blower motor will not fix that problem but it will likely fix the racket its making.

If there is dried soda all over the switch, chances are very likely that the switch is blown. replace the switch, and if they still dont work, check fuses, and if nothing, replace the motors cuz they could be cooked, or the relays could be shot
