I have had my 07 torrent for 2 years now, and for the 2nd year in a row when I turn on the AC I get water in my back seat. Last year when I had it "fixed" it was because of blocked vents, so they were unblocked....yet it keeps happening. The dealership has blamed the problem on the AC vents, side panels, etc. Yet it keeps happening. I have MOLD growing under the back seats, not to mention the condensation on the INSIDE of the windows in the summer, and frost on the INSIDE in the winter...I have owned other pontiacs in the 15 years I have been driving but I cannot understand why this keeps happening. How do I prevent these AC vents from getting blocked? HELP ME AND MY STINKY CAR!!!

have you tried contacting Pontiac customer support? There may be a service bulletin that your dealer is unaware of.

I would like to set up a case with GM Customer Assistance. Could you please private message me with your complete contact information, VIN, current mileage and involved dealership?

Thank you,
Caron, Pontiac Customer Service

Caron, thank you for your help with this issue. Took my Torrent to the dealership today. Lets hope this gets fixed, but I have my fingers crossed because it's the 3rd time I've had it in for the same problem. The mechanic couldn't believe the MOLD growing in my back seat.

Well, everyone at the dealership was extremely nice. I missed a phone call from someone at noon today and told me that they would at least need my car till Monday to let it dry out so they could run water tests on Monday. Two hours later my car was done and ready to pick up????? Couldn't understand it so I went and picked my car up. Everything looks fine, but now the electronics on the radio and speedometer doesn't work. I just wonder if something wasn't properly hooked up when they were installing the new carpet. I plan on calling Monday when the dealership reopens.

Really, thank you for all of your help.
