My first car was a 70 Esprit that I purchased at 16 in 1981 and like a dummy I sold it a few years later. I now have it back as a project car but it's in very rough condition...no hood, deck, door, seats, glass, eng/tranny etc. Since it was my first car, I'm determined to get it fixed up but not sure where to find used parts, ie sheet metal. I do have a 71 as a parts car but it's not complete either. What are the best sources for parts other than classic industries & OER ? Are there brands to stay away from due to fitment issues? Am I crazy for doing this??

Concerning are you crazy, well dont expect to get back what you sink into the car when you decide to sell it, as far as hot firebirds for 1970 the Esprit was not one of them.
