i think i got a few specs of dirt in my transmission fluid while checking the level, what should i do?

dirt in transmission fluid

yeah i think im going to change it anyways. does anyone know what kind of synthetic transmission fluid is good for a pontiac sunfire 2.2 95?If you knocked a little bit in, its probably not going to hurt anything.
The only other alternative would be to change your transmission fluid.
