Engine oil help

Hi all,

I need help with knowing which type of engine oil to use on my 1980 Firebird V6. I think its called viscosity as in 5w30, 10w20 etc.

Which one should I use?

Is there a way to know for example other oils to use and service/maintenance stuff without the owner's manual?

Try using the 93 Camaro owners manual as a guide, I have no link to anything older.

Check out website ..bobs the oil guy.. lots of info on oils.. also remember that filters are in bypass mode on startup and oil flow is more better than oil pressure.
