Help identifying a part (2005 Sunfire)

My plastic fender liner was damaged when I was hit.

I looked up new liners, but this piece is not included.

What is it called?

Yeah, i saw the fender liners, but none came with that extra piece that actually broke. I think by that diagram it's a splash shield.

yup that is what I would think it is, number 5 for the right side Splash shield 22 bucks.
