My 2006 Pontiac Montana van cut off on me. As I was driving I was making a right turn than my motor cut off, I couldn't accelerate, and my steering wheel became hard to turn. I pulled to the side of the road an cut my van off. Tried to restart it but it wouldn't crank up. It was turning over but wouldn't crank up. Fast forward to today, it won't to NOTHING! Then I noticed the message on my dash board in it said “Starting Diabled”. I want to know what does that mean? I just spent $1,500 on repairs for my van not even 3 weeks ago. In now this has happened and I not no one knows what's wrong with it 🤦🏽‍♀️ this is stressing me OUT!!!!

Read page 3-66 of owners manual.
You have a problem either with the electronic throttle control or theft deterrent system.

I replaced the battery yesterday. But it's still not cranking up 🤷🏽‍♀️😔😒😢 it still won't start

Why change the battery? I told you in post 2 what the problem is.

The battery was dead. In now the “starting diabled” warning isn't on my dashboard. It's turning over. It won't crank up

Have you tested fuel pressure and spark?

My mechanic said it's the fuel pump. What could the wheel base be for a 2006 Pontiac Montana van (3.5L engine)

what does the wheel base have to do with a fuel pump?

The part store need to know to be sure I'm purchasing the right pump for my van

You will have to measure from center of front wheel to center of rear wheel.
