01 Firebird - went to start car - turned key and wouldn't start - wouldn't do...

...anything -? security light blinking - just drove car 20 minutes before and it was fine - is it possible that the anti-theft systems has been armed and is there anyway to disarm - or is it my pass key - starter does not engage and fuel pump is shut down

go move your terminals around and check for corosion then jiggle the wires on your starter a bit just to make sure
you should hear a clicking or maybe the electric lights motors come on......i dont know if the 01 is the same as the 97 model with the lights that's the model i got
