'01 Montana glove box question

I have a '01 Montana with a broken glove box hinge. The question I have is where can I find the tool that removes the screws that attach the hinge to the dash? They are not torx, Philips, or hex. The pan head screws seem to have a circular hole with three tabs pointing out from the center spaced 120 deg apart. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions you might have.
