02 2.2L Right Front blinker is not working

So the light that I am talking about is the blinker that is on the front bumper which also acts as a fog lamp. The fog lamp works fine but the light doesn't blink when I turn my signals on. Any help would be appreciated.

one of the filiments in the bulb might be burnt out, did you check the bulb?

The bulb is working since the fog lamps are working(unless there is another bulb I missed), but I did notice that the side light is acting up(this is what I'm talking about http://i.imgur.com/uFmELma.png). When I turn on the fog lamps that side marker doesn't work but when I turn on my right hand signal the bulb in there will flash like its supposed to.

Is your problem the fog light which would be down below the headlights and has round white lens or the directional signal/parking lamp that is part of the headlight assembly? The signal/directional has a dual filiment bulb. There is no combination blinker and fog light.
