Currently I'm installing a Sony Xplod Headunit into my 2.4 L 02 Sunfire.

I purchased the Scoshe adapter, but because of the databus I had to run power from an outside source.

I got the headunit to power on, but once I connected all of the speaker wires I wasn't able to get anything to play over them...

Anyone have any suggestions? I'm not worried about losing the door chime.

Did it have the premium sound package before you replaced the stereo?

I had a 2003 Pontiac Vibe with the premium sound package and their are amps for the door speakers under the front passenger seat. Make sure that you have the Blue amp remote wire hooked into the factory position for the amp line. If you are adding a set of sub-woofers then you can run multiple remotes to multiple amps off the same wire out of the after market stereo.
