03 grand am 2.2l ecotec cant get oil pan off

I've been trying like crazy to get my oil pan off but it just won't come off I've loosenrd all the bolts to the oil pan but it feels like the chassis is in the way and it feels like the only way I could take you on a pan of is if I left the engine up have any suggestions ??
