Hey guys,
I have an 03 Sunfire and I'm failing my CA emissions testing because my check engine light isn't coming on at all. Not even when I put in the key before starting the car. Additionally the ABS light and I think one other I can't remember also won't come on. Is it safe to assume that these are just bulbs burnt out or would it be something more serious? If I go with the assumption that it's the bulbs, I've read that they are impossible to switch out and I need to replace the whole cluster. Which is a pain, but I can do it myself as long as the cluster doesn't need the odometer programmed or some crap like that.....
