04 azteck is falling apart

The car first started out over heating now it idles at 2 or 3 rpms while parked then will take off when put in drive. And the fuel sender stopped working and it will "run out of gas" with at least a half a tank still! Please help me

do you have a check engine light on and if so did you have the code checked?
what did you do to correct the overheating problem?
did you have the fuel sender/pickup checked?
