06 Torrent won't start.

Started slowly like battery was dead. New battery now it won't turn over. Has power just won't crank.
 
Do you have a multimeter?
What is the battery voltage?
Are you sure the battery cables are clean and tight and have no corrosion where the cable meets the terminal under the insulation?

I put in a different battery. Still nothing.
 
You made that clear in your original post.
Can you answer the questions?

Owners manual page 5-87 shows a starter relay.
Try swapping it with another identical relay from the box.

Well hard to diagnose an electrical issue without a multimeter.
I assume you checked all fuses and fusible links?
Do the headlights work and when you try to start, do they get dimmer?
