1966 Catalina

I recently bought a 1966 Catalina with manual transmission. I had a few questions that i hope some one can help me out.

What type of transmission fluid should i use? I assume there is a fill bolt on the transmission housing.

Clutch fluid type and where does it go?

you would use a 80w90 or similar transmission fluid which has to be sucked out and then fresh fluid filled through the plug on the side of the case. There is no clutch fluid it's purely mechanical.
