I am in the middle of redoing a 1966 Starchief executive 4dr sedan & need the left rear qtr panel. Does anyone know what other year & models use the same body/panels that I could use to swap it out?

You are correct, a Starchief Executive is basicly a Bonneville Chassis and Body with the lower model Catalina Trim. So an Executive or Bonneville rear 1/4 will be the same exept for the holes needed for the different emblems and trim.
