Hi Guys,
I ordered a pair of front brake hose for my '68 Executive from Ames. They are for '66-68 models with drum brakes, p/n is PR750R. The problem is that they have female fittings on both ends (see images) but my car actually has hoses with female fittings on one of their ends and male fittings on the others. I think the brake system of my car was overhauled once before I bought it. I didn't find any information about the original 1968 layout of lines and hoses. Is it possible that '66-68 models have different wheel cylinders or an additional steel line between the cylinder and the flex hose?
Many thanks in advance for any information!
