1968 lemans

I have a 1968 lemans convert with a 350 motor and I was wondering if a long tube headers would fit without having to modify? The car is an automatic trans with power steering, manual brakes. Also will a 1 5/8 primary into a 3 in collector work well because when I look it up by application this is the option that I get.

typically the manufacturer of the headers lists what modification if any are required. What brand are you looking at? As you noted all except one are 1 5/8 so you dont have a choice unless you go into custom made which is expensive.
