So i bought a 69 firebird and have a couple questions. First of all id like to say the car itself is running great the only problem ive had so far is one small pinhole in the radiator which was fixed no problem. I do have a few questions though, first of all the odometer is only reading 22123 miles which although seems a little low to me, the pedals are showing very minimal wear, the seats are not sunken in or ripped at all, the chasis of the body is completely rust free. Do you think that it actually may have only 22k miles or is there anyway to tell exactly 100%? Another question i have is when i pulled the dip stick there seems to be what looked like some dirt in the oil, i know dirt is far fetched but there is no knocking, no rough idle of anything like that so i dont feel that the pistons are damaged or anything of that nature. Is it possible that since its a 67 it may just be little bits coming from the bottom of the oil pan or maybe even dirt? Anything you guys can tell me is highly appreciated.
P.s. the only thing ive noticed about the car is that it doesnt have a little tiny stutter when idleing but im sure with new plugs that would be eliminated. Thanks!

Unless you can get some records showing mileage and date no way to tell if that is true, more likely 122,123. There is no 100k digit.
If you dont know the maintenance history I would change the oil and filter immediately, drive it for maybe 1000 miles and than change filter and oil again. You can also remove valve covers or try looking through filler cap to see if there is sludge accumulated on top of the head.
You have to check the points, the cap, the rotor the wires and the plugs. Then if everything is good you can adjust the carburetor.
