1976 Trans Am

OK - First of all hi everyone, this is my first time here at your forum. I am currently restoring a 1976 Pontiac Trans Am - actually finished but trying to get the front bumper lined up - after having blown an entire day fooling with this HELP HELP HELP LOL! The problem I am having is at the outside ends - I cant seem to get the damn thing to line up with the fender edge and I am ready to pummel the car with something blunt. Can anyone shed some light on the adjustment for the front bumper?
