Hello. Glad to find this forum. I am restoring a 1977 Pontiac Can Am and currently have no headlights or dash lights working. When I looked to see if a fuse was blown I'm not seeing a fuse box. Just a square box with some connectors. Enclosed is an image. Does this mean someone removed the front that had the fuse panel or is the fuse box somewhere else? Also my turn signal mechanism is not working and I need to remove the steering wheel to get to it. Would anyone know if the entire round rubber horn pops off so I can get to the parts I need to or is it held on by something. Just don't want to damage anything yet it feels like it's held on pretty tightly. Appreciate very much any help someone could give me. Many thanks in advance.
