1978 trans am, seat back cable stop

Hello everyone,
I have a question about the front seats of my pontiac, in one seat there is a seat back cable stop, and in the other there is not,
Should these be in it and if so, where can I order it, I'd like to hear it from

I can find vendors selling a Firebird seat cable but not for 78, only much older models. That cable looks like it could easily be made. Do you see the attachment location and screws or bolts on the seat that doesnt have one?

Ok, if it's not original I'll let them off, I thought it was weird that there was only a cable on one chair, I know enough, thanks for the information
