If I understand you correctly you had the wheels powder coated and now you want to remove the coating and polish the wheels?
Did you Google "How to remove powder coating from wheels"?
I will try to clarify my question. Here is a picture of my style of wheel. The entire wheel has been powder coated gold. This style is supposed to have machine bare aluminum finish areas. Any ideas on making my wheel look oem in appearance? Thx Fred
The wheel has to be completely repainted/coated and the the coating removed from the outer and inner edges and those surfaces have to be polished. Unless you have paint experience an alloy restoration shop is your best bet.
