1983 Firebird 305 automatic

Is their a 5 speed manual trans out there, that will bolt up to a 305? If so give examples of what to get from junk yard and about how much in used parts? And how hard is this to do?

If you are doing a swap, there is a 6 speed also. The 5 speed will handle a stock motor, but not much more.
