• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Hello, My name is Larry and I live on the Western Slope of Colorado. Seven years ago we bought a 1984 Sunbird Turbo at an antique car show. It has been a fun car to drive and our family has enjoyed it.

Recently, some issues have developed on it. It is in need of a fuel injector housing which is listed as no longer manufactured. This issue causes the fuel to "pool" up and leak out of the gasket, however after a brief run, the fuel seems to push through and the leak stops. Also, one of the hydraulic arms for the automatic roof closure is leaking and so the roof will not open and close automatically.

Not being a parts guy or mechanic, I am looking to sell our Sunbird to someone who may have parts to restore her or someone who is need of replacement parts. The engine runs very well and it starts right up. The turbo still boosts well and it gives it a nice kick.

If you are interested, please email me at brady_300@msn.com. Thank you.
