1988 fiero turbo limited ?

I would like to know if any one might have info on the specs on 1988 fiero.
I just bought a fiero that was advertized as a 88 formula turbo limited edtion 2.8L .and from what i read GM never offered one from the factory.
any info would be app.
i have posted in a couple locations sorry to be redundant.

Never built, but a Buick 3800 V6 turbo Fiero was built in late 1988 as a test for the 1989-90 model but it was either scrapped or still in GM's possesion.

Looks like someone added a turbo to yours, not hard to do.

I was just curious because not only was it advertised as a turbo but the car also has a turbo trim tag on the left rear panel? I took some pics to a knowledgeable mech. and he thought he had seen that type of manifold before(red-orange) and he also though it was a turbo.
