1988 firebird tbi problem

hello
I'm new here.I'm currently restoring a 1988 firebird for my granddaughter and I have run into a fuel injection issue.when you fire her up cold starts and runs fine after it warms up when shut off it dumps fuel while cranking flooding the engine.i unplug the injectors and fire it.then plug 1 injector in to get it to run then the other as its running.runs great till you shut it off.any help here much appreciated thanks
