1989 Firebird front bumper

Howdy folks! I'm trying to pull an engine out of this car, but the bumper is in the way of the cherry picker. We've started on all the visible bolts to remove the bumper, but it seems some are still coming from the fender holding the bumper in. They don't look like bolts? Can someone kindly give us an overview of the process of removing this bumper tip to toe?
