1990 Pontiac Firebird Headlight Gears?

i just bought a 3.1 L v6 Firebird and the gears to the headlights are plastic and stripped I have a chilton repair book for third generation firebird that says I can repair this myself. How much are the headlight gears worth? should I buy new ones somewhere or go to a junkyard? I feel like ill get ripped off at a junkyard
 
Did you check with a dealer if they are still available. I see complete motors available from the aftermarket
