1991 Pontiac Firebird V6 3.1 L Fuel Injection?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the timing specifications for this vechicle i have a timing gun and i need to know the degrees and i also need the specifications for a 1983 ford f150 302 v8 caburated degree settings

On the ford your looking at 12 degrees BTDC (before top dead center)
Not sure on the pontiac.
