be a sensor? has new fuel line, new filter, new relay switch, you can hear fuel pump working,i'm thinking its a bad sensor but which one

could be a bad pump......even though you can hear the pump doesn't mean it is working.......in actuality a pump that is audibly singing is failing....you really should not hear the pump unless you are pressing your ear to the side of the car or tank..........have you put a pressure tester on the fuel rail....try that so you know for sure.........also a common problem like you have been describing sounds like it could be the ignition module going out.......have that tested if the pump checks out.......

Sounds like a classic electrical problem - suggest a high probability would be an ignition module or coil intermittent failure.
