1993 Pontiac Sunbird Oil Leak Help!!?

1993 Pontiac Sunbird LE 2.0 L is leaking oil above the oil filter, replaced oil pressure sending unit and there was no leak for about 2 days. We would like to keep cost down so does anyone know what the problem could possibly be?
The question is what could be leaking above the filter. The oil pressure sending unit was broke so it was fixed. Now the question is what else could cause a leak of about a quart a day? It's been looked at by a shop so???

do you actually see large amounts of oil on the ground after the car has been sitting in one spot overnight? do you have lots of blue smoke going out the tailpipe either when stepping on gas pedal or letting off the gas pedal?
