Found the bird in the garage of an oldtimer who has enjoyed the car since 1996. 71000 miles small odds and ends need repaired. I pulled a plastic water deflector? off in front of the roof rail looks like it is half there. Also thinking one should go in the rear section of rail. Have checked on line and at the chev garage no luck. Am I correct there needs to be something before and aft of rail. Thanks Darwin in Yuma
 
did you check any of the parts vendors yearone, etc.
