1995 2.3 convertible sunfire transmission

Been having a lot of trouble trying to find out any info on a trans in my car swapped it into a 2.4 car with no issues .... it has a different valve body cover that is thicker and looks a little different and has a vented trans cap and seems like it has more pull in low gear just wondering if anyone has any Idea what exactly it is thank you in advanced
 
you made no mention as to whether it is a 3 speed or 4 speed.
A 3 speed could be a 3T40 and a 4 speed could be a 4T40E.
 
It is a 4 speed but is not the 4t40e , is there a way to post pictures on here?
