1995 GA front turn signal

I have an issue with the left front turn signal not blinking. I had issues prior and determined a ground issue. Still having problems a few months later.

I would like to remove the lens to get a good look at it. Can someone explain how to get the front turn signal lens out? Do I need to take the bumper cover off to do this?

Isnt the socket and bulb accessible from behind?

Yes, but it's also needs a lens. You can get to the socket by removing the headlight, but the lens I believe is attached from behind

How about from the wheelwell, is there a removal panel, i cannt imagine that the bumper cover has to be removed but anything is possible.
