Assuming the new battery and alternator are working correctly so that the battery is being fully charged when you drive the car for 30 minutes or more, then the next step is to do a simple "parasitic battery current draw" test as described below. The technician hooks an ammeter in series with one of the battery cables and pulls fuses out one by one until he finds which circuit is causing the current draw to exceed 1/4 ampere (250 milliamps) which is the maximum normal amount that should be flowing from the battery when the car's parked overnight etc.
