my lifters are making noise i was told that the oil is not getting up to the lifters what do i need to fix?
 
if the lifters make the noise, that means low oil pressure. it could be caused by worn out oil pump, rod bearings( usually makes loud knocking noise),crankshaft or camshaft bearings...or lifters
