Corey seems to know the problem, but if you have a sunroof, also make sure the drain tubes aren't clogged up. You can apply a thin layer of clear silicone around the windshield's gasket to make sure it's not leaking. The hose spray test has never helped me find the leak because the water seeps in so gradually during a rain storm.

I've seen this before....check directly under the car under the drivers and passenger side front seat. You'll find a gap in the unibody pich weld that allow water to thrust into the rear floor area. Brakleen and silicone this gap shut. And make sure you fully dry the area (sponge and space heater overnight) to avoid mildew contamination.

I have this problem in my '95 Chevy Beretta, too! It's called rust, lol! Its really bad if you park on a hill with the front end facing downhill, isn't it? I fixed it by drilling a few small holes in the floor boards. Just make sure that you don't hit anything underneath the car! (brake lines, fuel lines, ect.)
