Vehicle will start sluggishly (as if wanting to stall) requiring the application of gas. Will then run (travel) for approximately 30 minutes (in town travel). Then car will sluggishly die as if being choked out in first "low rpm" situation. If gas is immediately applied and floored or pumped, car may run very sluggishly reaching 10-15 mph for short time before "clearing" and running normally again for a short period of time. If car does die, it will require 30 minutes to 2 hours before it will start again. During this period, cranking will result in an endless crank or "catch, sputter, and die".

So far, car has had the plugs and wires changed, and the fuel filter. Too many suggestions as to what to try next, and none of them make much sense. If anyone has an idea what might actually be the problem, any help would be appreciated. Thanks! :)
