1996 GTP cylinder 6 misfire

I went today to pick up my GTP 3.4 valve after having a new transmission put it, before any work was done, Edwards Transmission did a computer scan, the only issue was the transmission. I went today to pick up the car and I had them run a scan on it and now it is showing a misfire on cylinder 6. They are changing plugs and wires at no cost, but could this issue have been caused while pulling the tranny? If the solution is not found with changing plugs and wires, what are my possible options?

Something could have been disconnected but cannt be sure. What is the code? Why was the transmission changed in the first place?
