1996 Passenger Seat Stuck

The other day, my gf and I took her coworker and her kids home from work, she moved the passenger seat up so we could get the car seat in but now it's stuck all the way up. I pulled the handle under the seat and tried to push the seat back as hard as I could without breaking it but it didn't budge. I just thoroughly sprayed down the under side of the seat and both tracks with lubricant, hoping that it was only stuck and some lube would free it, but still no luck moving it back.

Anyone else have any ideas?

I figured it out. The thin metal wire that connected the handle with the left side of the track came loose, just had to reconnect it and the seat works fine now.
