1996 Pontiac Sunfire Front Bumper

My front bumper has a hole in it below the passenger side headlight, so I found someone parting out his 1996 Sunfire on cl and I'm thinking about buying his bumper. Thing is, I don't know how to remove and replace the bumper. I looked in my Chilton's manual and it doesn't show how to remove it.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove and replace a bumper. Detailed instructions would be appreciated. And what tools will I need?

I dont know how but I have a 2000 sunfire gt and I have a smashed front bumper and a new one in my garage to replace it but I dont know how to remove the old bumper first

Look at the new bumper for where the fastners attach. Then remove those fastners from the one on the car.

The thing is that there are some kind of clips holding it in instead of screws, and when I try to pull the clips out or pry them out with a flat screwdriver they dont move, the heads of them just seem to be breaking off.
