1997 Montana has error code P0302

Hello all, P0302 means I have misfiring in cylinder #2. Could be a # of things, but I'm thinking it might be the injector. I want to start there first and my question now is how to release fuel pressure from the system? Hope someone can help.

havent you found a small valve on the fuel rail, almost looks like a tire valve?

Haven't tackled it yet.. Just doing my homework before I dig into it. The "tire valve".. is it just a matter of pushing into the valve to release the pressure. BTW.. is that a 71 Goat as your Avatar?

Yes on both questions. Obviously do this on a cold engine.
