1997 Pontiac Sunfire ABS light is on and tire smokes when wet?

I changed the passenger side caliper and rotor about two weeks ago. For the last couple days the ABS light comes on, and today when I drove the driver side tire through a puddle, it started smoking. Is that normal, or does it seem like the caliper is froze? Brakes seem fine, and when I am stopped and let of the brake, it does roll forward.

after using your brakes a lot you will have steam coming off the wheels because they are hot. if it,s on the back, jack it up and see if the tires will spin.
