1997 sunfire stalling at low idle

My daughter's car is a 97 Sunfire. Running real great until she filled up at gas station in city. Wants to stall when coming to a stop light. Runs great on open road. No codes coming up, and no yellow engine light on dash. I suspect water in fuel. Would this not throw any codes?

I have had water in my fuel tank in my Sunfire and it does not trip an engine code when the engine dies. A Quick can of HEAT in you next fill up will easily fix any water in the tank.

But it sounds more like it could be your ICA Motor, a vacuum leak or a problem with your fuel supply (Fuel pump or fuel filter) though a vacuum leak should trip an error code on the computer.
