1998 Firebird fog lights

How hard is it to change the fog light on a 1998 Firebird, drivers side. Can you do it from underneath the car, or do you have to go through the headlight opening.
Can just the bulb be changed or do you have to change the whole fixture?

The bulb is an 880 according to the Sylvania web site and here is a link with two ways to approach it.

thanks!. I got it changed last night.It was easier from the bottom!

I change mine from above. Easier to scrape my arms that way!
